While other companies are perfectly happy to continuously apply pesticides as long as they can send an invoice, Neighborhood Pest Solutions takes its commitment to IPM seriously. This means that we're looking to block and exclude pests from getting in first and applying pesticides only when necessary and at the proper intervals.
Exclusion First: We prioritize blocking entry points and eliminating conditions that attract pests before reaching for any product.
Targeted Applications: Pesticides are applied only when necessary and at proper intervals — never as a default or a billing convenience.
All Natural Plans: Customers who select our all natural plans receive treatments performed exclusively with 25(b) exempt products — naturally occurring pesticides such as rosemary and peppermint oils.
For the Next Generation: While all-natural products carry a slightly higher cost, Neighborhood Pest Solutions recognizes that it's everyone's responsibility to leave the planet in better condition for those who come after us.

As a resident of Massachusetts his entire life, and living in the Worcester area for the last 8 years, Dave saw an opportunity to provide a level of service that big national chains simply can't match. With a deep commitment to Integrated Pest Management practices, Dave ensures that every treatment is effective, environmentally responsible, and safe for families and pets. He stays current with the latest industry research and techniques to bring the best solutions to every home and business he serves.
